Dr. Aswathi completed her residency in Otorhinolaryngology (Head and Neck Surgery) at MMC, Mysore. While her surgical training is extensive, her practice is defined by a holistic approach to managing conditions like tongue-tie, nasal obstruction, mouth breathing, snoring, and obstructive sleep apnea. She focuses on how structural alterations in the airway and throat can trigger lifelong breathing and sleep issues. Her primary goal is to minimize the need for invasive surgical procedures by intervening during early development to ensure a healthier trajectory for her patients, preventing the chronic complications often seen in adulthood.
