Clinical Expertise & Experience
Dr Manasa is focused on early identification and prevention of craniofacial and developmental issues in children. Her work emphasizes how oral habits, airway function, and jaw development influence a child’s growth, sleep, and overall health.
With postgraduate training in Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology from Bapuji Dental College and Hospital, she brings a strong diagnostic foundation to understanding developmental patterns and guiding early intervention.
Training & Clinical Approach
Her approach centers on recognizing early signs such as mouth breathing, narrow jaws, improper tongue posture, and feeding difficulties. By addressing these concerns at an early stage, she helps support normal facial development and reduce the need for complex treatments later in life.
Key Areas of Expertise
  • Early assessment of craniofacial growth and development
  • Identification of mouth breathing and airway-related issues in children
  • Guidance for proper tongue posture and oral habits
  • Support in feeding difficulties and oral function in infants
  • Prevention-focused approach to jaw and facial development
  • Integration of airway, function, and growth in pediatric care
Focused on early detection and preventive care, her approach helps children develop better breathing patterns, healthier facial growth, and improved long-term well-being.
Dr Manasa’s Story
A Journey from Dentistry to Airway-Centered Care
Dr Manasa Syamala’s journey began in traditional dentistry, focusing on oral health, diagnosis, and disease management. She had a strong clinical foundation in understanding oral diseases at a deeper level.
Over time, she began noticing recurring patterns—children with restricted jaw development, mouth breathing, and persistent orthodontic concerns that did not fully resolve with conventional approaches.
The Turning Point
The real shift came through personal experience. Observing feeding challenges and developmental concerns in her own child led her to look beyond teeth—toward airway, function, and growth.
She recognized that when jaw development or tongue function is compromised, breathing is affected—and this influences sleep, behavior, and long-term health.
A New Direction
Today, her work focuses on identifying root causes early—helping children and families address breathing, development, and oral function at the right time, rather than waiting for problems to progress.
She currently practices at Vision Dental Care and BreatheAlive Kollur, Hyderabad, integrating dental expertise with airway-focused care.
“Early signs like mouth breathing or restless sleep are not minor—they are signals. When addressed early, they can change a child’s entire life trajectory.”
