At BreatheAlive, we go beyond symptoms — identifying and treating the root causes of airway and sleep disorders through a multidisciplinary, early-intervention approach.
The way you breathe shapes your sleep, facial growth, posture, and long-term health. Early diagnosis can prevent lifelong complications.
Most breathing and sleep issues don’t suddenly appear in adulthood. They begin quietly during childhood — often overlooked or misunderstood.
Subtle signs related to airway, ENT health, sleep quality, and posture can gradually impact overall development and long-term wellbeing.
ENT & Airway Symptoms
Sleep-Related Symptoms
Breathing & Functional Issues
Facial & Postural Changes
By the time these symptoms become obvious, the underlying cause has often been present for years — silently affecting growth, sleep, and overall health.
At BreatheAlive, we follow a structured, airway-centered approach — focusing on identifying the root cause and correcting it early.
We begin with a detailed evaluation of airway, breathing patterns, sleep quality, and craniofacial development.
Using clinical expertise across ENT, maxillofacial medicine and sleep science, we identify the root cause of dysfunction.
We create personalized treatment plans focused on airway improvement, functional correction and long-term health outcomes.

A Journey from General Dentistry to Airway-Centered Care
Dr. Manasa Syamala’s journey began in traditional dentistry, focusing on restoring teeth and managing oral disease. Over a decade of practice, she began noticing deeper patterns— children with restricted jaw development, mouth breathing, and recurring orthodontic issues.
The real shift came through personal experience. Observing feeding challenges and developmental concerns in her own child led her to look beyond teeth—toward airway, function, and growth.
She realized that when jaw development is compromised or tongue function is restricted, breathing is affected—and this impacts sleep, behavior, and long-term health.
Today, her work focuses on identifying root causes rather than symptoms—helping children and families at an early stage to support proper breathing, development, and overall well-being.
From Dentistry to Women-Centered, Airway-Focused Myofunctional Care
Dr. V. Venkata Ramya’s journey in healthcare began with a deep curiosity about how oral health connects with the rest of the body. Trained in oral and maxillofacial pathology, she always believed that dentistry goes far beyond treating teeth—it is a window into overall health.
Over time, she began noticing recurring patterns in her patients—chronic sleep disturbances, TMJ issues, airway dysfunction, and developmental concerns that traditional approaches did not fully address.
These observations led her to explore deeper connections—tethered oral tissues, myofascial dysfunction, and their impact on breathing, sleep, posture, and growth. She realized that many long-standing health concerns begin early and remain unaddressed at their root.
This transformation led her into Myofunctional Therapy—focusing on restoring natural breathing, swallowing, and neuromuscular balance as a foundation for long-term health.
Her work took a more personal turn through her own experience with hormonal and gynecological challenges. This journey reshaped her understanding of women’s health—not as isolated conditions, but as interconnected systems influenced by lifestyle, physiology, and early development.
Today, she leads the Women Wellness division at Breathe Alive, focusing on conditions like PCOS, metabolic health, pregnancy preparation, and postpartum care— always through a root-cause, functional lens.
Dr. Ramya integrates airway science, sleep medicine, hormonal balance, and behavioral health to guide patients toward sustainable healing. Her approach reflects Breathe Alive’s core belief—Right Breathe, Right Sleep, Right Posture.
Maxillofacial Radiologist | Director, Maxray Diagnostic
Dr. Brajesh’s journey in healthcare has been driven by a single principle— accurate diagnosis is the foundation of effective treatment. Trained in Maxillofacial Radiology at Bapuji Dental College, he developed deep expertise in advanced imaging and interpretation.
Early in his career, including his role as an Assistant Professor, he was actively involved in teaching and mentoring, helping shape the next generation of dental professionals.
Through years of clinical and academic experience, he recognized that many treatment challenges originate from gaps in diagnosis. High-quality imaging, when interpreted correctly, has the power to transform clinical decision-making.
This insight led him to focus on elevating standards in maxillofacial imaging— ensuring that clinicians have access to reliable, precise, and actionable data.
As the Founder and Director of Maxray Diagnostic, he established a network of state-of-the-art imaging centers across Delhi NCR, dedicated to delivering high-precision diagnostic services.
He also leads CEEDES centers across Noida, Lucknow, and Patna, mentoring MDS aspirants and contributing to academic excellence in the field.
Working alongside clinicians across India, Dr. Brajesh plays a crucial role in bridging imaging with treatment—supporting accurate diagnosis in airway, craniofacial, and dental conditions.
His approach reflects a commitment to precision, ethics, and innovation— ensuring that every diagnosis contributes to better patient outcomes.
